Player identifier: a unique identifier the app uses to associate your device and subscription state (stored as player_id).
Subscription status: current level, renewal status, expiration time, and related information from the App Store (stored in the player_subscriptions table).
Technical details: environment (production, sandbox, Xcode), last device identifier, and the raw transaction payload from Apple for verification.
App usage data (aggregated): basic analytics such as feature usage or crash logs that do not identify you personally, used to improve app stability and experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

To verify and maintain your subscription level and entitlements in the app.
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse related to subscriptions.
To debug issues and improve app performance and reliability.
To comply with legal obligations and App Store terms.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

Service providers that help us operate the app (for example, hosting or analytics).
Apple, to validate purchase receipts and confirm subscription state.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights or users’ safety.

5. Data Retention

Subscription records are kept for as long as needed to operate the app, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and handle disputes. Where possible, data is stored in a form that is not directly linked to your identity outside the app.

6. Your Choices

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
You can uninstall the app from your device at any time. This removes local data stored on that device.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of subscription records where legally allowed.

7. Children’s Privacy

Bingo Conductor is not designed to collect personal information from children beyond what is needed to operate the game and subscriptions. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in error, please contact us so we can investigate and remove the data where appropriate.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the data we store. However, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
